Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your order in case you don't receive the license keys within a period of 3 working days from the purchase date. The refund amount cannot exceed the amount paid.
Request for cancellation and refund (in case of non-receipt of the license key within 3 working days) must be submitted within 10 days from the purchase date.
Once the license keys have been delivered by email, no request for cancellation and/or refund will be allowed by the Company..
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform us of your decision by means of an email including detailed explanation of refund. clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will refund You no later than 14 days from the day of approval of cancellation/refund request.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
You can request for replacement of product only in case of defective products or wrong products delivered. We, however, reserve the right to reject a replacement request.
Request for replacement must be filed within 3 days from the date of delivery of products/license key. Once You have raised a replacement request by contacting us through the mechanism on the Website, and the same is approved by us, the replacement product will be delivered to you within 3 days.
In case of unavailability of the product, we shall initiate refund of the corresponding purchase amount and You shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement. All the product parameters shall be required to be complied with in cases of replacement.
